Décor to include dragées as a matter of course.
Décor can include plaque (e.g. names and date) made from pâte d'amandes (almond paste) with chocolate writing.
Flowers, made either from sugar or real, can be used as décor.
Can also include nougatine base.

(based on 3 profiteroles per person. Beyond a certain amount, the quantity can be reduced to 2 profiteroles per person)
