About us
Real Pâtisserie first opened its doors, at 43 Trafalgar Street, in April 1997. There are now three shops (Western Road near Brunswick Square, and Kemp Town) and a separate wholesale business. This is also based in Brighton at New England House.
Our growth is largely down to the people who work here and the fact that we are all committed to the aim of giving pleasure to the senses. The products we make are all based on the best of French, English and Italian baking. We use traditional methods, respect time and only use the best natural ingredients.
Whether you are after a cake for a special occasion, simply enjoy a croissant with your coffee, need a sandwich for lunch or are a local business looking to open a wholesale account, we hope you find the information on this site colourful, appetising and useful.
