Registering and making your first order

To register on the site and start an account you simply make your first order - you can pay by credit card or Paypal. In doing so you are automatically registered and will be sent a password.

Then if you choose you can buy credit - you will then be able to confirm your orders with a couple of clicks. It also costs less to shop (see below).

Please note: Credit on your online account can not be used for purchases in the shop and we can not deduct credit from your account. We don't know your password so we can't make your order for you.

The Ordering Calendar

You can order for today or any date in the future. Please choose from the calendar on the checkout page.

Sandwich orders

Sandwich orders can be made any time up to 1.00pm. Then we start to run out of bread and we wouldn't want you to order anything you couldn't get. So please make your order by then.
Sandwich orders need to be made an hour before picking up.

Savouries

We display all the savouries we make. They are marked with tags that indicate whether they are available that day and which shop they are in.
As the day goes on we will obviously run out of the various quiches, pastries and savouries and as this happens we will change the tags to indicate this.

Quiches Slices and Salads

The quiches are made fresh daily. The tags will indicate whether or not they are still available.

Patisserie, Pastries and Small Tarts

Generally, if you order early you will get what you want. If you want to make a secondary request, please put it in the comments box on the checkout page. These items are not be tagged.

Large Tarts, Whole Quiches and Ordering For Events

Please allow us 48 hours on these orders. You can choose the date you would like to order for.

Please be aware that at very busy times there might be a slight delay between the item running out and this being indicated on the site. We will try to make sure this doesn't happen often. If you do order something that has recently become unavailable we will quickly email you to ask if you would like an alternative.

If you want to make a secondary request on the same item (eg. a different type of pizza), please put it in the comments box on the checkout page.

To encourage you to use the site, we have introduced the following online offers, running until the 30th March 2009.

First purchase of £10 Credit.......................................We'll add another £5
Thereafter, for every purchase of £25 or more.....We'll add an extra 10%

All this will be done automatically when you purchase credit from us.
Credit can be purchased online or over the counter in the shop.
