How better to celebrate the Summer season than with our deliciously layered fruit mousse slices?
We whip up a light and airy ground almond chiffon base and top it with layers of two fresh fruit mousses, they are a perfect sweet finish for any meal.
On site, our pastry chefs fold the ground almonds into the whipped egg whites, baking off the sponge base before adding the first layer of fruit mousse. After the first layer is set, the second layer is added and then topped with fresh fruit. The texture and airiness just melts on your tongue. So if you’re worried about being too full after dinner, don’t worry, there will be room for this!

Our Shoreham shop is now making a tongue-tingling Lime & Mango Mousse; the lime cutting through the moreish flavour of mango.
