Clermont-Ferrand in France.
What do you usually have for breakfast?
A cup of coffee and a some fruit.
How long have you been working for Real Patisserie?
2 years and 3 months.
Which loaf do you enjoy baking most?
Traditional Francaise baguette.
What’s the first food you remember enjoying as a child?
I have memories of me and my mum going to the bakery everyday and getting free sweets from the bakers wife.

What do you most like about the job?
Knowing that people will have a smile on their face after eating one of our pastries 🙂 Also the countless possibilities that come from starting from a few simple ingredients and being able to make a countless number of recipes.
What does the smell of freshly baked bread remind you of?
A sunny sunrise.
What do you spread on your toast?
Where is your favourite place to eat in Brighton and why do you like living here?
My favourite places to eat in Brighton are Foodilic, Pho and Franco Manco but there are so many amazing restaurants to choose from. I like living here for the cultural life including music, arts and of course the seafront. Also being close to London and Gatwick is great.
What would you do for a living, if not this?
Working in the music industry.
