VANILLA & WILD BERRIES

This cake features a delightful combination of flavours and textures, starting with a light and airy almond sponge base that provides a subtle nutty sweetness. On top of this sits a velvety vanilla mousse, rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the fruity tang of the wild berries mousse layered above. The entire cake is beautifully coated in a vibrant mixed berries glaze, adding a sweet and tart finish. To complete the look and taste, fresh berries are arranged on top, adding a burst of freshness and a pop of colour to this elegant dessert. Our cakes are delicate and made with fresh cream and should be kept refrigerated. Care must be taken during transport.

Extremely popular for birthdays, a great cake to decorate with a special birthday message. Also good to tier into a stunning display with our tiered cake stand. The Fraisier is finished with a softly set fruit glaze and decorated with berries.
