This cake features a delightful combination of flavours and textures, starting with a light and airy almond sponge base that provides a subtle nutty sweetness. On top of this sits a velvety vanilla mousse, rich and creamy, perfectly complementing the fruity tang of the wild berries mousse layered above. The entire cake is beautifully coated in a vibrant mixed berries glaze, adding a sweet and tart finish. LEMON & RASPBERRY

Our Lemon Victoria Sponge features light, fluffy lemon-infused sponge layers, filled with lemon curd and raspberry jam. Finished with a smooth lemon buttercream around the edge, it's a bright and beautifully balanced treat.

TUNISIAN ORANGE
Serves 10 portions 23cm 30.70 ​ ALLERGENS Cereals containing gluten: wheat, eggs, nuts: almonds. May contain peanut oil, soya and milk. Is it a cake?
