FULL TIME PATISSERIE CHEF - SOUTHWICK

 (40h/week, including weekends, 6am start) 

We are looking for one more Chef to compliment the team making products such as tarts, flans, moelleux, millefeuilles, choux pastry, macarons and mousses.

The successful candidate will work under our Exec patisserie chef. They will have experience in pastry and/or cakes and/or deserts, and be able to transfer skills acquired either in restaurant, retail or industrial production.

We are looking for a team player, able to support and help train those with less experience. Someone who enjoys working with precision and speed, who takes pleasure in the knowledge that what they are doing is appreciated. Someone who has great respect for product.

The shifts are between 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm depending on the schedule, 5 days/week including weekends.
